Exciting new work skills programs

Training Aid Australia is excited to announce its new GET SKILLED & GET CERTIFIED programs. These programs have been developed to enable students to complete training that will support them enter a new industry or progress their career to the next level across the courses of Workplace Health & Safety, Human Resources and soon to be released Leadership and Management courses.

We have found that most Australian nationally recognised courses require students to demonstrate practical skills to be assessed as competent, however, not all students or employers want or need to have practical competencies assessed. Also, many students and employers have told us that they do not care for obtaining an Australian nationally accredited certificate either. Our new programs have been developed with these learnings in mind, to offer new flexible training opportunities.

Our GET SKILLED programs offer learning opportunities no matter what your employment status or experience level is. The GET SKILLED programs are also a great learning option for those who are not sure if they want to complete formal training in a new industry or job role.

In the GET SKILLED program, students participate in all the learning sessions, activities and discussions of a corresponding nationally accredited course. The course assessments are optional and are designed to reinforce their learning and to provide the learner with valuable feedback. At the end of the GET SKILLED program students will be issued with Training Aid Australia GET SKILLED Certificate of Completion.

Our GET CERTIFIED program includes all the “GET SKILLED” program components, however the assessments are compulsory. At the successful completion of this course a Australian Nationally Recognised Qualification will be awarded to the student.

Another great aspect of the GET SKILLED program is that we offer GET SKILLED students the opportunity to upgrade to a GET CERTIFIED nationally recognised certificate. This means that you can get skilled and gain the knowledge you require and once in a position you can get certified, simply contact our team to discuss upgrade options.

We are initially offering the GET SKILLED programs across Workplace Health & Safety and Human Resources courses and we will be rolling out more GET SKILLED programs in coming months. We invite anyone interested in learning new skills and practical knowledge of WHS and HR to contact our team on 1300 2 ENROL (36 765) for more information on which course will be right for you.
